You may NOT copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without written permission.

8.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (if applicable). For free services, our liability is limited to €100.

8.3 EU Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer under Directive 2011/83/EU, including rights to:

• Refunds for defective digital services
• Withdrawal from distance contracts (where applicable)
• Seek remedies through consumer protection authorities

EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving a reason, except for:
